Supplied as a white to pale cream freeze-dried powder with a CFU strength of 2.0 × 10¹¹ at manufacture, the probiotic strain is valued for its role in improving aerobic stability through acetic acid production. The product is supplied in nitrogen-flushed, high-barrier aluminium foil bags with HDPE outer packaging and should be stored under refrigerated conditions to protect against heat, moisture, and oxygen, ensuring stability and potency throughout its shelf life.
